1. About these terms
By using this website or reserving a product you agree to these terms. purrto is an Australian business and these terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
2. The trial run
This release is a limited trial run of 100 scratchers. Reservations are filled in the order they are received. A reservation is not a completed sale until we email you a payment link and payment is received. If we sell out or cannot fill your reservation, we will tell you and you will not be charged.
3. Pricing
One scratcher is $29 AUD. Two scratchers are $50 AUD. Prices include GST. Shipping is calculated and charged separately after your order is confirmed, based on your delivery address.
4. What you receive
Every delivery includes one cardboard cat scratcher and its custom printed purrto box. Products are made from cardboard, so colour, texture and print can vary slightly between units.
5. Delivery
Metro areas (including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast) are usually delivered in 2–4 business days. Regional and interstate deliveries usually take 5–7 business days. These are courier estimates, not guarantees, and delays outside our control can happen.
6. Returns, faults and warranty
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a scratcher arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it. Cardboard scratchers are consumable by design — normal shredding and wear from your cat using the product is not a fault.
7. Safe use
Scratchers are for use by cats under normal household conditions. Keep them dry, away from heat and flame, and replace them when heavily worn. Supervise pets and children around packaging materials.
8. Website content
The purrto name, artwork, photography and site content are ours and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
